The Ialoveni Rayon Council works for challenging grounds’ poverty of Ialoveni rural communities in relation to agricultural water resources management, combined with institutional capacity building (seminars, exchange visits, training, conferences), participatory methodology & public awareness campaigns. The Counsil's staff will handle horizontal activities, contribute to networking; define & disseminate best practices, cooperate with Governmental counterparts; promote & develop policy dialog among Authorities, relevant Ministries, Civil Society, cross-border partners and project stakeholders; organize, coordinate and evaluate local project activities related to the management of water resources, etc. The Council will benefit from expertise & know-how transfer in managing & implementing Transnational projects, improve skills and be able to transfer best practices to Moldavian reality, will realize study trips and feasibility study obtaining knowledge and information for future development projects on water resources management.
